LONDON, November 13, 2025 – Proskauer advised the financing sources in relation to Cinven’s investment in Objectway, alongside founder Luigi Marciano and Objectway’s management team. The investment by Cinven will provide strategic and financial support, including continued investment in technology innovation, as well as support for future organic growth and targeted M&A opportunities.
