LONDON, February 2, 2026 – Proskauer advised the facility agent and bookrunners on a €920million incremental syndicated Term Loan B facility for Virgin Media O2.

In December 2025, the team advised the bookrunners on a €1.43 billion incremental syndicated Term Loan B facility for Virgin Media O2.
