June 30, 2016 (NEW YORK) – International law firm Proskauer represented private investment company Bruin Sports Capital in its acquisition of deltatre. Based in Turin, Italy, deltatre is a global leader in the sports industry, providing a comprehensive range of digital and broadcast solutions for the world’s largest sporting events, federations, media partners and brands.

Launched in January 2015, Bruin focuses on investments in sports, media, marketing and branded lifestyle companies. Proskauer previously represented Bruin in a transaction with the National Football League to form a new holding company to run the NFL On Location event and hospitality business.

A multi-jurisdictional team of Proskauer lawyers advised Bruin on all aspects of this complex cross-border transaction.
