PARIS, June 3, 2026 – Proskauer advised Bpifrance in connection with its investment in the brewing group Fabulous French Brasseurs, alongside FrenchFood Capital, a fund specializing in the food sector, and BNP Paribas Développement.

A leading player in craft beer in France, Fabulous French Brasseurs brings together iconic brands including Sant Erwann and Britt. The group, which comprises four regional craft breweries and seven brands, is opening up its share capital to accelerate its development nationwide.

Founded around Brasserie de Bretagne, Fabulous French Brasseurs has experienced strong growth in recent years. Driven by the appeal of its brands, the group is growing faster than the craft beer market, the sector’s most dynamic segment, which has recorded average annual growth of +5% in mass retail for a market estimated at €700 million.

Fabulous French Brasseurs relies on four complementary production sites, firmly rooted in their historic regions. The group, led by Clément Bedbeder, who retains a significant stake alongside the existing shareholders, intends to actively continue pursuing its development strategy.
