NEW YORK, September 2, 2025 – Proskauer announced today that Nicole Bergstrom has joined the Firm as a partner in its Litigation Department in New York. Nicole has experience handling high-stakes commercial disputes, including antitrust, business torts, defamation, soft IP, and regulatory matters across diverse industries. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts, including jury trials and appellate proceedings.
Nicole’s arrival builds on the Litigation Department’s strategic focus on trials, antitrust litigation, and commercial disputes, while enhancing Proskauer’s deep bench of best-in-class litigators.
