BOSTON, February 4, 2026 – Proskauer announced today that Malcolm Nicholls has rejoined the Firm as a partner in its Private Investment Funds Group in Boston. Malcolm is an experienced private funds lawyer with expertise advising sponsors and investment advisors across the full fund lifecycle, with a particular focus on venture and growth equity strategies.
Malcolm has significant experience structuring and operating venture capital and other private investment funds, representing both established managers and first-time sponsors. He also advises on continuation funds, tender offers, preferred equity financings, fund restructurings and other secondary transactions.

In addition, since 2024, the Group has welcomed 11 lateral partners across the United States and Europe.
Malcolm was previously a Proskauer partner from 2005-2018.
