Proskauer

Yuri Tsukita is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group.

Yuri specializes in investment funds and fund regulation, advising on a broad range of offshore and onshore alternative investment funds and MiFID investment products and assists clients throughout the life cycle of a fund, including its launch, distribution, ongoing compliance and restructuring. Her experience covers open-ended, hybrid and closed-ended funds, regulatory matters relating to funds, regulatory hosting and AIFM compliance. Yuri has also represented various institutional LP clients as lead associate.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Yuri was an associate in the Hedge Funds team at Simmons & Simmons LLP, London office. Yuri also worked in-house as legal counsel at IQ-EQ where she managed the legal team for the UK regulatory hosting business, also in the funds space.

Yuri is one of a few women selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women's Sponsorship Program, an initiative that champions high-performing mid-level and senior lawyers as emerging leaders.
