Christina Fong is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm’s Private Capital industry group.

Christina advises private fund sponsors and managers on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a range of investment strategies, including buyout, credit, real estate, infrastructure and venture capital funds.  Christina also regularly advises sponsors on co-investments transactions, separately managed accounts, internal sponsor arrangements and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Christina was an associate at another international law firm in Hong Kong where she represented Asia-based clients ranging from first-time fund sponsors to experienced multi-strategy fund managers.
