Stephanie Guers is a counsel in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Private Funds Group.

Stéphanie Guers advises on the structuring of investment funds, including related regulatory aspects.

She acts for both management companies and investors, with particular experience in the structuring of private equity funds (mid and large-cap), infrastructure funds, ELTIF (and other retail) funds, debt funds, and real estate funds, as well as in the design and implementation of carried interest and co-investment schemes. She also regularly advises on secondary transactions (GP-led secondaries).

Stéphanie has also significant experience in French and Luxembourg corporate law, notably in private equity transactions, the formation of joint ventures, and the establishment of Luxembourg limited partnerships (sociétés en commandite).

She is qualified in both Paris and Luxembourg.
