Sandile Magagula is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. Sandile advises private investment fund managers on all stages of fund formations, including capital raising, marketing, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund documentation.
Sandile’s private equity fundraising experience includes a variety of strategies, including buyout, venture capital, secondaries, fund-of-funds, real estate and private credit.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Sandile was a corporate associate in the Investment Funds Group at Latham & Watkins LLP.
Sandile earned a B.A. from Western Washington University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
