Matthew Lopez is an associate in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Private Fund Group.

Matt earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. While at Suffolk, he worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable William G. Young at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and was a member of the Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA). Prior to law school, Matt worked as a legal assistant at an immigration firm in Orlando, FL.
