Lucy is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.

Lucy advises private equity fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their funds, which includes assisting with the formation of private investment funds, as well as fund ownership and operational matters.

Lucy’s fundraising experience spans the private equity asset class for sponsors with a wide variety of strategies such as buyout, venture, growth capital and secondaries, and encompasses both first-time funds and subsequent generations of funds.

Lucy also advises a number of institutional investors on primary investments and secondary transactions.
