Proskauer

Lidia is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds Group. She is currently on client secondment.

Lidia advises asset managers on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of fund products and managed accounts across a wide range of asset classes, including private equity, private credit and various hedge fund strategies.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Lidia trained and practiced at a leading U.S. law firm and spent time on secondment at a systematic hedge fund manager.
