Proskauer

Lidia is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds Group. 

Lidia advises asset managers on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of fund products and managed accounts across a wide range of asset classes, including private equity, private credit and various hedge fund strategies.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Lidia trained and practiced at a leading U.S. law firm and spent time on secondment at a systematic hedge fund manager.
