Kelli’s practice particularly focuses on counseling investment advisors on the formation and ongoing operations of closed-end, open-end and hybrid fund structures. In addition, Kelli regularly advises fund sponsors on upper tier arrangements, seed capital arrangements, asset manager M&A, complex fund restructurings, co-investment arrangements, funds-of-one, managed accounts and various regulatory issues.
