Julie Dinarque is an associate in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Private Funds Group since September 2024.

Julie advises clients, including private equity firms and other asset managers, on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fundraising and operation of regulated and non-regulated investment funds. She also regularly advises on secondary transactions (GP-led secondaries).

Prior to joining the Firm, Julie practiced at a leading Luxembourg law firm for two years, with experience in both its New York and Luxembourg offices. She holds an LL.M. from Columbia University in New York, as well as a Master 2 in North American and English Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Julie is admitted to practice in Paris (2025) and in the State of New York (2023).
