Jonathan Akinluyi is a Restructuring and Special Situations associate in the London Global Finance practice and a member of the Firm’s Private Capital industry group.

Jonathan specialises in acting for debtors, sponsors, creditors, purchasers and insolvency practitioners on complex cross-border restructuring, insolvency and financing transactions and disputes.

Jonathan’s experience includes both in- and out-of-court restructuring processes, as well as liability management and amend and extend transactions, creditor recovery and enforcement, formal insolvency proceedings and insolvency-related litigation.
