Jin-Wen Wee is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.
Jin-Wen advises clients in the investment funds industry in all aspects of the fund life cycle including structuring, formation and marketing of private funds, with a focus on primary investments in private funds as well as a range of secondary transactions, including the purchase and sale of portfolios of private fund interests.
