Jennifer Hicks is a corporate associate and a member of the Firm’s Private Funds Group. She serves as co-chair of the Firm’s Asian Lawyer Affinity Group.
She counsels U.S. and non-U.S. sponsors on all aspects of their business—including the formation of private investment funds, co-investment funds and managed accounts, investments in portfolio companies and firm ownership and operational matters—and works with both emerging and established sponsors.
Her fundraising experience spans a wide variety of strategies such as venture and growth capital, buyout, private credit, infrastructure, secondaries and special situations.
She also advises clients in secondary transactions, which include portfolio sales of limited partner interests, direct investments and stapled secondaries. In addition, she represents U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors in their primary investments.
