Hadrian Beckett is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the Firm's Private Capital industry group.
Hadrian advises fund managers across the full lifecycle of their fund and has extensive experience in advising on establishing and operating carried interest and co-investment arrangements. He also represents institutional investors in connection with primary investments into private funds.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Hadrian was an associate in the investment funds practice at a leading international law firm in London.
