Emma is an associate in the Private Funds Group and advises fund managers on fundraising and fund structuring across a wide range of asset classes, including private equity, growth, real assets and credit funds. She also advises sponsors on internal governance, ongoing fund maintenance and compliance matters as well as the structuring of carried interest and employee co-investment incentive plans.
