Edward Saint-Vil is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the Secondary Transactions and Liquidity Solutions practice. He advises sponsors and investors across the investment management industry, with a focus on private fund secondaries transactions.

Edward’s practice includes advising on large LP portfolio sales and GP-led continuation vehicle transactions across private equity, credit, and hybrid strategies. He also advises sponsors and investors in GP stakes and co-investment transactions, including with respect to structuring, sponsor control and economic arrangements, and investor protections.

He also has experience in the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds, including hedge funds, credit funds, and hybrid vehicles. His experience includes preparing private placement memoranda and negotiating partnership agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and investment management agreements, as well as working with administrators, tax advisors, and offshore counsel to support fund formations, restructurings, and ongoing operations.
