Deborah Fashakin is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm’s Private Capital industry group.

She works across a wide range of matters advising private equity sponsors and managers across a broad range of asset classes with respect to fund formations and the ongoing maintenance of funds.

Deborah also represents established institutional investors in connection with primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions including GP-led restructurings.
