Davis Zosel is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. Her practice focuses on private investment funds and hedge funds in connection with their structuring, management, and related corporate and regulatory matters. She also has experience advising and representing clients with the formation and operation of management entities for private funds, as well as the negotiation of side letters and investment advisory agreements in various contexts (including for separately managed accounts).
