Christine Le Bihan-Graf is a Regulatory, Public Law and Energy Law partner, and a member of the Firm's Private Capital Industry Group.
Christine advises a number of major industrial groups, investment funds, banking institutions and service operators in France and abroad, as well as the French State, local authorities and public companies, in both regulated economic sectors (energy, telecommunications, postal distribution, transport, etc.) and public services (water, waste, heating and cooling networks). She also led an Energy Transition practice, advising clients on the regulatory aspects of major energy transition projects and infrastructures, including renewable energy, energy storage and low-carbon hydrogen projects.
Christine, who previously held senior positions in the French Administration (Conseil d’Etat) and is a former Head of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), has recognized expertise in public law and regulatory law, with a particular emphasis on energy and environmental law.
