Ariadne’s is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds Group. She is currently on client secondment.
Ariadne advises fund managers, from first-time to high profile sponsors, on fund formations and fund related transactions - including the establishment and structuring of private investment funds, internal governance, ongoing fund maintenance and carried interest arrangements.
Ariadne has also represented various institutional investors on primary investments and secondary transactions, including traditional portfolio sales and purchases and lead investor mandates in continuation fund transactions.
