Antti Leppanen is an associate in the Private Funds Group. He advises UK and international fund managers on a range of matters, including the establishment and structuring of private investment funds, internal governance organisation and ongoing fund maintenance. He has experience in a variety of carried interest and co-investment issues. Antti also advises a number of institutional investors on primary investments and secondary transactions.
