Adam Hughes is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group. He is currently on client secondment.
Adam advises fund managers on the structuring, establishment, operation and ongoing maintenance of both closed- and open-ended private investment funds. He also advises institutional investors on primary investments and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Adam trained at an international law firm in its London headquarters. During his training, he completed a secondment at a global asset manager with over $600bn in assets under management.
