New Chicago partner is 12th lateral addition this year
Chicago IL, December 8, 2020—Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that Todd Ohlms has joined the Firm’s Litigation department as a partner based in Chicago.
"Todd’s experience in the field of asset management generally, and specifically private equity, as well as securities and shareholder litigation, trade regulation, and complex multi-jurisdictional disputes will add tremendous value to our clients and makes him a great addition to our team," said Tim Mungovan, chair of the Firm’s Litigation department.

Todd attended the United States Air Force Academy. He received a B.S. from the University of Missouri – Rolla, and a J.D. from the Washington University School of Law.
