September 9, 2014 (New York) — Global law firm Proskauer represented the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills and the trust of the late Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. in reaching a definitive agreement with the Pegula family, owners of the Buffalo Sabres and lead developers of Buffalo’s HarborCenter, to acquire all interest in the Buffalo Bills franchise from the Wilson trust. The agreement is subject to the approval of the NFL owners and customary closing conditions.
