Phelps will Help Bolster the Firm’s Robust Regulatory Capabilities
NEW YORK, November 15, 2021 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that Whitney Magee Phelps has joined the Firm as a partner in the Health Care Practice of its New York office, where she will aid in expanding the Firm’s robust regulatory capabilities in the health care sector.

Whitney focuses her practice on offering counsel to health care stakeholders of all kinds. She has particular expertise in managed care and value-based contracting, including with various alternative payment arrangements between providers and payers. Whitney’s experience includes advising on a broad range of complex health care transactions and regulatory matters relating to long-term care, home care, behavioral health, risk contracting and ambulatory services.
