LONDON, September 9, 2026 – Proskauer acted as lead legal adviser to Orgvue on its sale to Main Capital Partners, a specialised European enterprise software investor.

Orgvue is an international provider of Strategic Workforce Management software. Headquartered in London, with offices across North America, EMEA and APAC, Orgvue supports large global enterprises in designing, planning and optimising their workforces through its cloud-based platform.
