London, 23 September, 2020: Leading international law firm Proskauer has advised One Peak on its latest $30 million investment into bootstrapped Danish backup-as-a-service software provider Keepit.

Founded by Frederik Schouboe and Morten Felsvang, Keepit is a Backup-as-a-Service software that specialises in protecting data from SaaS solutions such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, G Suite and Salesforce. This is a developing market worth $12 billion per year which is expected to continue growing at a 30% CAGR over the next five years.

This is the fourth transaction Proskauer has worked on for One Peak. Prior transactions include advising One Peak on its investments in Coople Holding A.G, Neo4J and DocPlanner. Our funds team recently assisted One Peak in its most recent fundraising, One Peak Growth II (€443 million).
