PARIS, January 16, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it has advised, Dentressangle, a family-run holding company, on the sale of Infogene to Vulcain Engineering Group.
Founded in 2013, Infogene is a leading Managed Service Provider working with critical data and within complex regulatory environments in the health, industrial and tertiary sectors. With 700 employees, Infogene achieved a turnover of €72 million in 2023, an increase of 18% compared to 2022.
Vulcain Engineering Group is an engineering and consulting group focused on the energy, health and transport infrastructure sectors which has been developing tools in the fields of digital modeling and digitalization for several years.
The team has previously advised Dentressangle in its capacity as a shareholder in Marle Group on the acquisition of Nowak.
