PARIS, June 22, 2026 – Proskauer advised Blossom Capital in connection with a €32 million funding round raised by Comand AI, a startup focused on applying artificial intelligence to military operational planning. This Series A financing is intended to accelerate the company’s international expansion and will see Swedish defense company Saab brought in as an investor and commercial partner.

Founded with the goal of modernizing military command systems, Comand AI develops AI technology that automates operational planning based on mission orders, field data and tactical intelligence. Its partnership with Saab underscores the evolution of the company’s commercial strategy, which is increasingly focused on pursuing large-scale defense programs and strategic industry partnerships.

With an established presence in London and with plans to expand into Germany, Comand AI continues to grow its footprint across NATO countries while progressively broadening its platform to support air and maritime operations.
