PARIS, May 13, 2026 – Proskauer is advising Abenex in connection with the sale of its minority stake in HTDS Group (Hi-Tech Detection Systems), an international player specializing in high-tech detection and analysis solutions, to Trocadero Capital Partners, Africinvest, Société Générale Capital Partenaires and Bpifrance, alongside the founders.

HTDS is an international group specializing in the distribution and maintenance of high-tech detection and analysis solutions. It has established itself as a leading player, particularly in the security and laboratory equipment sectors, with a significant presence in growth markets. Its business model is largely based on value-added services and recurring maintenance activities.

Since acquiring its stake in 2021 as a minority shareholder, Abenex has supported the group’s transformation, including during a management transition marked by the appointments of Farice Moudarres as President and Etienne Moudarres as Chief Executive Officer. This period was also characterized by the strengthening of the management team and the international development of the group’s activities.

Following the transaction, the founding family will remain the majority shareholder, alongside a group of minority investors comprising Trocadero Capital Partners, AfricInvest Europe, Bpifrance and Société Générale Capital Partenaires.

Abenex is participating in this new phase as a minority investor, reflecting its confidence in the group’s prospects.
