PARIS, July 27, 2026 – Proskauer advised Pelico, the manufacturing orchestration platform used by leading industrial companies worldwide, on a strategic investment from AE Ventures, the venture capital platform of AE Industrial Partners, a private investment firm specializing in national security, aerospace and industrial services.

More than a financial investment, the partnership provides Pelico with direct access to AE Ventures' extensive aerospace and defense ecosystem, including OEMs, suppliers, operators, AE Industrial's portfolio companies and strategic limited partners. It will also support Pelico's continued expansion across North America.

As manufacturers face record backlogs and increasingly complex supply chains, Pelico's AI-powered platform enables factory teams to anticipate disruptions, prioritize critical actions and make operational decisions in hours rather than weeks. The platform can be deployed in as little as 12 weeks and has delivered measurable improvements in parts availability, on-time delivery and production cycle times.

The investment also strengthens Pelico's position in the aerospace sustainment market, where its platform helps maintenance, repair and overhaul teams improve execution, enhance fleet readiness and align planning, supply chain and operations through a single, real-time operational view.
