With over two decades of experience, Sarah’s practice focuses on private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions and investments, divestitures, joint ventures, equity financings, and restructurings. Sarah has been recognized by Chambers USA and The Legal 500. She has been featured as one of Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Dealmakers in America;” shortlisted for Euromoney’s The Americas Women in Business Law Award; and named to M&A Advisor’s “40 Under 40” list of top M&A professionals. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.
