Maud is a Private Credit partner in Proskauer’s Global Finance practice and a member of the Firm’s Private Capital industry group. With more than 25 years of experience, she advises financial institutions, primarily debt funds, as well as sponsors and borrowers on leveraged acquisition financings and LBO transactions.

Her practice also encompasses the acquisition financing of listed companies, public offerings and block acquisitions. In addition, she advises debtors, creditors and sponsors on complex leveraged debt restructurings.
