Keisha-Ann is a distinguished first-chair trial lawyer and trusted advisor with more than 25 years of experience. A member of Proskauer’s Executive Committee, she leads the firm’s Employment Trial practice and co-leads its Workplace Investigations practice. This year, she led the Proskauer team that secured a complete defense verdict for Meta Platforms after a five-month, 53-day employment discrimination trial – one of the longest employment jury trials in recent memory.

Chris is co-head of Proskauer’s Antitrust Group and head of its Washington, D.C. office. With more than 25 years of experience, he is one of the most highly regarded antitrust lawyers in the United States. Chris recently secured dismissal with prejudice of an antitrust suit filed by social media company X against 18 music publishing companies and their trade organization, the National Music Publishers’ Association, after briefing on the defendants’ motion to dismiss.

Brad is a senior partner in Proskauer’s Litigation Department and co-chair of the Sports Group. Over his 40-year career, he has tried a significant number of high-stakes cases to verdict or appellate victory. This year, Brad argued before the Second Circuit on behalf of Major League Soccer, successfully defending its complete trial victory against the North American Soccer League’s request for a new antitrust trial.
