April 5, 2019 (NEW YORK) – Proskauer was recognized for advising the group led by George Feldenkreis in its merger with Perry Ellis International, which won Deal of the Year and Activist Campaign of the Year at The Deal Awards Middle Market.

This was the inaugural The Deal Awards Middle Market, where leaders and innovators in the world of dealmaking were recognized. Selecting winners out of hundreds of nominations across dozens of categories and sectors, the awards recognize deals under $500 million involving a minimum of one U.S. party.
