In late June, Proskauer welcomed members of its PIF In-House Alumni Network for an evening of thought leadership and candid conversations, creating a trusted forum for peers to exchange ideas on the opportunities and challenges presented by AI.
The program featured an interactive panel exploring how in-house legal departments and law firms are incorporating and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance legal services, improve efficiency, and navigate emerging opportunities and challenges.

The discussion was moderated by Wai Choy, Partner and Co-Head of Proskauer’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group, and featured panelists Dan Huang, Principal and Associate General Counsel at Ares, Mariel Reilly, Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at Onex Credit, and Hank Zhou, General Counsel at FirstMark.
