Stewart Ross is a partner in Proskauer’s Corporate and Fund Finance group. He advises private investment fund managers and other market participants on financing arrangements throughout the fund lifecycle, from subscription lines and capital call facilities to NAV and hybrid facilities, continuation vehicle financings, management company and general partner financings, GP stakes-related transactions and topco financings. His experience also encompasses rated note issuances, feeder-level financings, warehouse facilities and professional loan programs.

Stew also has broader experience representing borrowers and lenders in a wide range of transactions, including acquisition, corporate, debtor-in-possession, infrastructure project and real estate financings, as well as notes offerings and other complex credit matters.
