Saulo Salles de Padua is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Latin America Practice Group. His practice focuses mainly on advisory, transactional and finance matters in Latin America. Saulo also has experience in syndicated and bilateral loans, as well as different types of equity and debt issuances, M&A transactions and oil & gas regulatory law, as he has represented companies from a wide range of industries in cross-border transactions, including working with public and mixed-capital corporations and countries’ development banks.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Saulo worked at Brazilian law firm Mattos Filho Advogados.
