Rucha A. Desai is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust Group. She represents clients in complex and pivotal competition matters across a range of industries, including agriculture, entertainment and healthcare.
Rucha has significant experience with various phases of litigation, including motion practice, taking depositions and preparing witnesses, and has worked on plaintiff-side and defensive litigation. Rucha’s experience has earned her recognition as a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers.
At NYU School of Law, Rucha was Co-Chair of the South Asian Law Students Association. Prior to her legal career, Rucha was Deputy Director of Constituent Affairs for U.S. Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand.
