Rucha Desai is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust Group.
She earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a staff editor for Moot Court and co-chair of the South Asian Law Students Association. While at NYU, she served as a research assistant to the esteemed Professor Adam M. Samaha.
Prior to law school, Rucha worked for U.S. Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand as her deputy director for constituent affairs. In that role, she managed a broad range of constituent issues, acted as the Senator’s principal liaison during Hurricane Irene and Hurricane Sandy, and led outreach initiatives for South Asian community groups.
