Philip Kaminski is a partner in the Corporate & Fund Finance Group whose practice focuses on secured finance transactions. In the Fund Finance realm, his practice involves a wide range of fund finance transactions, including subscription lines, NAV facilities, secondaries financings, management company and general partner facilities and other capital call and asset-backed structures for private equity and other investment funds. He has more than a decade of experience acting for both borrowers and commercial lending institutions on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including acquisition financings, asset-based lending facilities, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, debt restructurings, bridge loan facilities and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
