Mikko Biana is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Mikko earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
While in law school, Mikko interned in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. He also served as a teaching assistant in first-year Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law and Property courses, and as the Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. He is the author of “DeJoyful Noise: Reimagining Title VII Religious Accommodations in the Wake of Groff v. DeJoy.” 90 Brook. L. Rev. 263 (2024).
Mikko earned his B.A. in International Studies from Emory University and his M.S.Ed in Education, Culture and Society from the University of Pennsylvania.
