Michael is an associate in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Private Equity Transactions and Merger & Acquisitions Group.
Michael has advised on a broad range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
In addition to his private practice experience, Michael has also completed a client secondment where he worked in the legal and compliance team of a listed asset manager.
