Proskauer

Majk Kamami is an Associate in Proskauer’s Structured Credit Group where he focuses on structured credit, asset finance, private credit, fund finance and other complex financing transactions. His practice spans across multiple industries, including aviation, energy, infrastructure, technology, transportation and financial services.

Majk regularly advises global asset managers, banks, underwriters, borrowers, sponsors and issuers in connection with broad range of  asset-based financing, structured financings and other structured credit financing arrangements. His practice includes NAV-based facilities, asset-backed lending, rated feeder structures, and other secured and unsecured credit facilities. He has significant experience advising on aviation asset-backed securitizations and financings totaling more than $4.5 billion and residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) transactions totaling over $50 billion. He represents lenders and borrowers in transactions ranging from middle-market financings to multi-billion-dollar facilities, and has experience coordinating complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions involving diverse stakeholders.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Majk was a senior associate at an international law firm, where he focused on structured and asset finance transactions. He also practiced at other leading law firms, advising clients on structured finance, capital markets and general corporate matters.
