Lylah Paine is a law clerk in the Tax Department. She earned her B.A. in government and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies from Colby College and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. During law school she served as a Staff Editor of the Tax Law Review and as the Advocacy Chair of Law Women.
