Lauren S. Kim is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Lauren advises public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Lauren was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
